FinWell Congress: On this occasion, we were asked to contextualize financial wellbeing within organizational wellbeing. One of our roles is to engage the audience with our experience, to share and spread vocational enthusiasm—motivation that we can all benefit from refreshing and reflecting upon its sources. We bring proposals, stimulate thinking, and encourage each professional to take ownership of their actions and contribute to the discussion. Always aiming for the humanization of discourse and the personal and professional development of attendees at conferences, corporate talks, and chambers that invite us.
