One way to approach how one feels, to what level of happiness, well-being or fullness has been reached, is to become aware of the different dimensions of well-being and reflect on how each of them is. Dimensions inherent to the human being and on which there are many tools to enrich each one of them. We recommend that you explore the meaning of each of the eight dimensions that we propose and carry out a brief self-diagnosis scoring each one from one to ten. Maybe you’ll be in for a surprise.
