This is a nice example of how to establish a corporate wellness program in the company. The important thing is to become aware of how beneficial it is to develop the human side of the organization.
You can start with a physical action or read a meaningful story once a week, to design programs that address all dimensions of comprehensive well-being, favoring the development of talent and pride of belonging.
