Human Gardening

We take advantage of natural environments and processes as a metaphor for organic growth with the growth of an organization, that of its teams and internal collaborators. Through coaching and emotional intelligence dynamics and tools, we reflect on the values, mission and vision, as well as on the vocational commitment and the interaction of the protagonists with the organization. All with the aim of improving processes, results and strengthening the talent and human side of the project as a fundamental pillar of progress.
